Mary my point person was extremely competent and customer service oriented. Pickup was on time, drivers even gave me notice and waited patiently. The truck was immaculate, they wrapped our car and loaded it on to the truck. We asked for drop off in Tucson to be from the 13th-16th. It came on the 13th just as our plane landed which eliminated our need for a rental car saving us a few hundred dollars. They met us in the mall parking lot and delivered the car in pristine condition! Could not be happier with the service I received. I give this company 10 stars and two thumbs up!!
