Excellent and honest..

Called Frank from auto transport after the other carrier claimed he could my 68 charger within the same day. After 2 days passed did not hear nothing from them and called the previous transporter and they claimed they are still trying to find a truck for pick up. Decided to call frank (ignored him for a couple days since he kept calling me on a quote) up that morning (roughly noon AZ time) and told him my situation he was honest up front and said he would call me back. 30mins later he calls me back and promised me he can get my car on the truck 7:30pm TN time that SAME DAY. Told him my story how the other promised me also, but sure enough Frank came through on his promise and 7:30pm TN my car was on the truck ready to be shipped to me to AZ. Frank also told me it would 5 t0 7 days, but he LIED, but in a good way I actually got my vehicle in 3 days from Thursday evening to Sunday evening though I dont count that Thursday since it was just getting loaded.

OVERALL, it was super pleaseant and cant say enough about Frank. I plan to use him again to ship my car to MI.
