Overall a good experience. Booking was easy. You need to be flexible as I was notified the day of pick up that it was pickup day. I received an email notifying me that my car had arrived in San Juan on / about the date quoted. Pickup was easy. Only discrepancy is that my two front tires were VERY low on air (7 psi). My Jeep has a high suspension so it is possible it was done to insure clearance while shipping. Fortunately, the checkout personnel had an air compressor.
