Broker gave us a negative rating for declining a job WE DID NOT request or that you took over 1 day to dispatch is not ok or fair. I don't understand the plan behind all this, because clearly leaving us a negative rating to force us to take a vehicle is not only insane but immoral too. We call several cars a day and we don't have a way of holding a spot for over 24 hours, this business is fast-paced and we need to fill loads. The order was paying less than all the cars that we had dispatched, so no, we didn't want and no we don't believe we call on it. We called on a $600 car, but TEH DAY BEFORE you dispatched it. I have asked you to send me the recording because, on my end, I don't see it. Stop with this childish game, because I can and I will dispute your rating and I will also show them your texts and the recording of you threating my dispatcher.
