Required. A $100 deposit to book. Paid it with. Credit Card. Upon assignment of a carrier, the deposit was used. At the same time, someone in their office stole my. Credit card information and a large purchase in Columbia, South America. Fortunately the credit card company recognized it as fraud and denied the transaction and called me. When the driver came to pick up the. Car, he gave me a two hour window three times. Finally showed up at 11 pm. Would not use thus company again!

We did not require $100 to book. you was booked on the 18th, but charged $100 on the 21st when the driver, the pick up and the drop off dates was confirmed by you. You seem unhappy that his "estimated" time of arrival did not match the "actual" time of arrival and the driver had to deliver late evening. In less than 6 days you order was reserved a driver dispatched your vehicle picked up in INDIANA and delivered to FLORIDA. Its a shame you feel like you received a bad service when you didn't and when all along you had contact with the driver. On another / completely different note, (nothing to with the transportation of your vehicle or the service we provided): Your bank done their job and stopped an online fraudulent charge from your credit card.
