I had a car to ship from one state to other and was looking for reliable options. Many agents called me regarding shipping. My process was to talk to them make a note of their contact and then check their reviews and ratings (Drivers asking for extra money before delivery is very common in this business). As I was worried of the fraud, I initiated the process with a company at higher rate (+$95) but turned out expensive things aren't always great. That company turned out to be a fraud (they kept me waiting for days under the excuse of looking for a driver). This fraud company's business model is to make customer wait and then charge them cancellation fees. At this point Provision Auto Ship contacted me and matched the minimum rate I was offered. I was skeptical to go ahead with them as they had one really bad review. Mike Spencer (Provision Auto's representative) walked me through whole process (he made me talk to the driver), he was honest and explained me the reason for the bad review and really made sure I am convinced that my car would reach the destination on time (it reached before time). He went a mile ahead and helped me in dealing with the fraud company as they charged me with cancellation fee without providing the service. I would strongly recommend Mike Spencer, if you have anything regarding Car Shipping. Don't think twice and go ahead with him.
