There were issues of weather and a broken down carrier, so from contract time to delivery was 20 days. I ended up paying $75 more than the original quote (lowest of 6 bidders) to attract a carrier - although I was not pressured to. Despite the issues, Sean remained communicative with me. I didn't realize from the beginning that Protected Auto Carriers Inc. is a broker, NOT an actual carrier. Protected Auto Carriers Inc. is a legitimate company seemingly trying to satisfy their customers.
