Failure to back up their promises...

Each person I spoke with at the company (four in all now) have all had awful customer service because they have said one thing (but something else actually happened), unprofessional interactions on the phone, refusing to return calls, and not following through on the $200 refund that I was promised back in mid-November.

I would advise against using this company because I took them each at their word, but once the contract began, my experience with the entire company has been lacking in professionalism, honesty, and follow through. The rate was not accurate to get a driver, the contact with me during the waiting period was inaccurate and infrequent, and the ability to get knowledgeable answers and decisions has still not happened. In fact, as of today, I am still trying to call them and get my refund, but no one even bothers to return my calls.

Find a different carrier and avoid a possible similar experience to mine.

If someone from Protected Auto Carriers reads this, please address my concerns with me directly (you have my information). I have waited over six weeks to see a resolution to this issue, but now believe that the lack of professionalism has reached a new low and I wanted to warn other potential customers.
