The car was picked up 3 days after initial contact with Protected. They were informed of a very tight schedule and adjusted the pickup and delivery to fall within the time slot that we needed. The car was picked up on time (Monday) and delivered the day after we expected it (Saturday). We changed the delivery location as a result of the delay and the deliverer cooperated and brought the car to the new location on time. Overall, we were very pleased with the service since we have had considerable experience with other carriers that did not perform as well.
