These guys did get my cars to their destination, but it ended up being more than the original quote. I got my quote for $200 for 1 inoperable vehicle and 1 operable vehicle. They recorded my card info incorrectly, and so they didn't collect the deposit. In the meantime, I went and put a battery in the inoperable vehicle, and made it operable. When they said that the deposit didn't go through, I had already read all of the previous reviews, and so I decided to pay more to do business with a reputable company, but the next morning, I woke up with them telling me that my vehicles were already on a truck, and the total is now $225, at first because billing was charging more since it wasn't paid in advance, I was told it's being taken care of because I was paying the deposit using their online app (which I did) The driver arrived and said he still needed 225, but apparently they called and said now only $150. They told me the driver wanted more because one of the vehicles was inoperable (which he never even knew was an issue, since Pronto listed the vehicle operable, and when the driver got there, it was operable, the driver never knew anything about one of them being inoperable. Pronto says the driver is charging more, the driver & dispatcher say that they always understood the value to be $150 to them. Basically it's all a big scam..You'll get a low quote, but you'll end up paying more. Also, $225 is still better than many of the bids I got, so it's not even the amount of the difference, or anything other than the principle of fair business practices.
