Save yourself Money and Stress Do not use them!

I was very unhappy with the service provided by PROLUX. Me and my partner got transfered to Las Vegas and had to start work on june the first. Prolux provided me with a date to pick up my car and have it there before that date. They took 100% of the money upfront, which rarely happens usually is a deposit and then you pay in full. No one showed up or call on the pick up date, I had to call during business hours to follow up. They asked for a three day window, and still no one picked up my car. I sent someone from my work to their land address to speak with them and the address they provide is a UPS store POBOX. The car got picked up two weeks later than the date provided by them. It arrived a week after it got picked up. I had to change flights incure in expenses as renting a car and booking fees. I arrived three days late to work. TOTAL TRAGEDY. Do not use this company. No call to apologize, no discount, nothing. Terrible customer service. I am surprised that google will sponsor a website like this. This is the closest I have been to Online Spam. My suggestion do not use this company.

Alfredo had his vehicle listed with another company for 4 weeks. He contacted us for a quote. We had his car assigned to a driver within the time frame we quoted. His partner had his car listed with another company as well. We also loaded his car on the same carrier. We did broker this load to a contract carrier we have had relationship for years. The driver did a very good job. The car was not damaged and they did receive door to door service. We explained to the clients and was upfront that the Florida market was congested due to rising fuel costs. We transported their cars 3000 miles on an open carrier. We explained to Alfredo that the cars would get dirty on an open carrier that it would not be protected from the elements. The shipping order form explains our terms and conditions that pick up and deliveries are estimated dates. Further more we were unaware that Alfredo was dissatisfied. We learned after he posted this review. In the beginning he was just so happy to get his car loaded. We were the company that had the resources to get the job completed. When no one else could. We strive hard to satisfy and make our clients feel special. Unfortunately, not everyone will be happy. At the end of the day his car was delivered and he is driving around Las Vegas.
