Disrespectful and Unresponsive

I thought the purpose of working with a brokerage firm was to have someone who knew the industry working on my behalf. Greg Stevens from Progressive Auto was very responsive and seemed knowledgeable in the beginning but I felt once he got the 350$ deposit he became very passive. The trucking company was late for pick up and had 1000 excuses (including the trucker had to go to court?!) I told Greg that I HAD to have my car by a certain date and I was assured it would be there well before that date. It was not. When I expressed my concern I was told by Greg "This is the way things are". UNACCEPTABLE. I ended up dealing directly with the trucking company and was told by Greg that I "was just making them angry" and I should "let him deal with them". BUT HE WASN'T doing anything. I was extremely frustrated with the entire process because Greg never returned my calls in a timely manner and I will never EVER use either company again. When my car did not arrive on time and I called PAT, quite irate. Greg said HIS BOSS told him to ignore me and HANG UP on me. That they should just CANCEL the service altogether (After they already had my money AND my car!!) This was the most DISRESPECTFUL customer service experience I EVER HAD. I ended up having to RENT a car for the days that that my car was late which made the grand total for this experience $1250!!!! Outrageous. If it was ON TIME or EARLY, I would not mind spending that kind of money but it took TWO WEEKS and was LATE. Also, my husband had my car detailed before he sent it to me and it arrived FILTHY inside and out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! ABSOLUTELY HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
