I signed up on line for my sons car to be delivered to him on his Army Base. Progressive Auto, told me that the car would be picked up by a carrier between 1-5 days from date of our contract, it was actually 14 days before they contracted with a company called J.A.W Transport.
The carrier that they chose, picked up our sons car, delivered it late to our son, who had just gotten back from being deployed. When they delivered the car, the front and back were badly damaged. I have proof of what the car looked like when they picked it up, pictures as well as the Bill of Lading that states that the car was in excellent condition. Still, they refuse to accept responsibility for the damage. They refuse to give us a copy of the Bill of Lading delivery receipt. Our son took pictures of the damage to the car. We have tried and tried to negotiate the repair of the vehicle both with Progressive, who state that they have no responsibility, and J.A.W. who says they are not responsible. Neither company is being fair. They refuse to fix the car.

I would suggest that you do not do business with either of these companies as they are not reputable.
