I would leave negative stars if I could. This is the WORST company on the face of the planet. I moved from upstate NY to the caribbean and I hired them to ship my car from upstate NY to an international shipper in Miami and spent 2 hours on the phone with them to make sure that it was on an enclosed carrier for extra protection and the driver knew how to deal with low clearance cars, as my car has only a 4 inch clearance. They assured me that it would be well taken care of. Well first of all they changed the date on me at the last minute and jacked up the price to $1300 from what I was originally told would cost $700. But the cherry on top was the damage that was done to my car. Clearly the person they hired, who was a complete dunce cap by the way, did not know how to handle a low clearance car drove it over something they shouldn't have at some point during the shipping because they CRACKED both of the carbon fiber side skirts on my car. Now since I wasn't there to inspect the car upon delivery to the international shipper (I was already in the caribbean waiting for my car) I could not say anything about it. However, the international shipper has intake photos of my car which SHOW the damage when it was dropped of, I also have the intake bill of lading from the international shipper that accepted the car with the damage clearly marked, so I know that it was done by the guy that Progressive hired. I have now been trying for over 3 MONTHS to get them to cover the damage and all they do is whine saying that I don't have any proof that the damage was caused by the people they hired and that the photos could have been taken anywhere etc. and that they won't pay for it. I don't understand how much more proof they want that the damage was caused by the company they hired! And OF COURSE the person they hired isn't going to admit it. They KNOW the people they hired damaged my car, but they deny me ANY coverage or compensation and here I am with over $1000 worth of damage. I would rather walk barefoot over a mountain of glass shards, while gauging out my own eyeballs than EVER deal with this company again. Don't walk, RUN away from anything to do with these people.

This customer hired us to find a carrier to take her vehicle to an independent international shipper that she hired. The damage to the vehicle was very plainly caused by a fork lift, we hired an enclosed carrier, which cannot be loaded by a forklift. On top of that our driver has a signed Bill Of Lading proving no damage at the time of delivery to the port. Even with all that said we still tried to represent her to the carriers insurance company.
