This was the worst experience ever! My initial contact , Mr. Tony Martin, was very pleasant and reassuring. Once I had given my deposit, him and his staff were no longer the easiest people to talk to. They hung up on me. They told me I must work at Mcdonalds when i told them I was missing work daily due to their lack of communication. My car was being shipped from Jonesboro, GA to Ann Arbor MI. I was told that it would be picked up on January 15 2014 and delivered on January 16 2014. The scheduled pickup was hours late and delivery was days late. (delivered 1/18) I would have not had an issue with the vehicle being late if they would have communicated better. I would call, text, leave message after message without response from the company or the driver. I felt lost without anyone to turn too for assistance. I was tempted to call the police because I did not know what else to do. I think this transaction would have been smoother if both the company and the driver keep open communication with the customer. There is nothing worse than have your vehicle picked up by a total stranger and then lose communication with them.

Delays were experienced due to severe weather conditions in relation to the polar vortex. On the other hand, this customer is quite possibly the rudest person we have ever dealt with. The driver refused to take her calls because of her insults, and we don't blame him.
