From the moment I called Progressive Auto Relocation to receive an initial quote, to the moment after my car was delivered, my experience was absolutely exceptional. Greg Stevens should win an award for his incredible service. He is the epitome of what customer service should be and I am grateful for his knowledge, kindness and timely response to ALL of my questions and I had several, as this was the first time I've ever had to have a car shipped. I believe that the quote was fair and I was impressed with how quickly I received my car. They picked it up from CA on Saturday night and it was delivered to me in OK by Tuesday evening. I also appreciated receiving updates as my car traveled across several states. If I ever have to ship a car again, I will definitely use Progressive Auto Relocation! Much gratitude to Greg and his colleagues for a phenomenal job on the care of my car.
