I was very pleased with Progressive Auto Relocation. We had to ship our car from Illinois to California due to a job transfer and we received excellent service by Progressive. We went with this carrier after receiving quotes from several other companies. Progressive offered the best value for money and the service was impeccable too. Pickup and delivery were on time as agreed and our car made it to California without a scratch. Their customer service was also prompt and considerate. We had to contact them a few times with last minute questions, since this was the first time we were hiring a car relocation company and were a bit nervous, and they were always very reassuring, patient and thorough. Both Greg and Mike were amazing to work with, very honest and pleasant. Overall a great experience and we will definitely work with them again in the future should we need to ship another car. Recommended!
