I have been completely failed by this company. They quoted very clearly $3290 to transport my vehicle from Norwich VT to Fairbanks AK. In order to get a pickup in a reasonable time, I drove the vehicle 3 hours to Springfield, MA. This is fine, as it was supposed to accelerate the shipping. I was charged by the first driver an extra 3% for using a credit card (he wanted cash). Strike one. The original date estimate was delivery to Fairbanks on August 27th. The driver missed his dropoff date in Seattle and the vehicle therefore missed the ferry to Anchorage, resulting in an additional 2 week delay. Strike 2. Finally, after wasting $800 on an extra 2 weeks of renting a vehicle, I was informed that my car was in Anchorage, AK (400 miles away) and that it would cost $400 more to bring it to Fairbanks. Strike 3. I spent over an hour on the phone and even spoke with the company president. Despite clearly having a written quote for $3290 that specifically states the destination is Fairbanks Alaska, the company will not deliver the vehicle at that price. I will be suing the company.
