I was looking for a carrier to bring my car from Pennsylvania to Illinois. I was contacted by Evans Pierre with a quote of $555.04 which I accepted. After many "I'll call you back" and "Can I put you on hold, my phone is ringing" or "Can you hold, I have somebody else on another line" he finally gets back to me and tells me that he found a carrier for next morning, Wednesday the 22nd of Feb, BUT the price is higher - $625. I accepted it because I was already paying storage fees for the car and had bad experiences with other 2 companies prior to talking with mr Pierre. Anyway, mr Pierre took my credit card info and told me he would send the driver's info after running the card. He charged my card, but he forgot to send the driver's info. I had to call him to ask for the driver's info again. The car was NOT picked-up on Wednesday morning, but on Friday afternoon, so I had to pay storage fees for another 3 days. I called mr Pierre numerous times, I sent him a text message asking him to call me - I never heard of him again. I got the car on Saturday, but the experience was far from being pleasant. I was lied from the beginning, first time with the price and then with the pick up date. Disappointing!!

Ms. Chis contracted with us on Feb. 21 to have a RUNNING Lincoln Navigator she just purchased from the insurance auto auction delivered to her home. As she states, the very next morning we had a driver out there to pick it up but the vehicle was in a terrible accident and was NOT running or rolling. This particular driver was not equipped with the proper equipment to load the vehicle in its current state. We did not charge her a dry run fee for her misinformation in fact we found another driver that was able to winch her car onto the carrier 2 days later. The standard inoperable vehicle fee is normally 100 dollars additional and as she states we only charged her 70. That is the increase that Ms. Chis is referring to.
