Although vehicle was damaged and not by the driver who transported them, my vehicle was delivered as promised. I am waiting for the two videos that he took of the damage prior to placing it on the truck. Vehicle was delivered at night, 11/04/2011 at around 7.30-8.00 PM CST, so I could not see if there were any other damages that was not evident for the streetlight view. The videos was taken during the day time, so I look forward to seeing what else if anything was done to my vehicle. I will recommend Progressive Auto Relocation to others and will use them again myself. Scott J. was great, although I did bug him or drove him a little crazy. He managed to stay calm and to the point. If you want to talk to someone, talk to Scott when you call.- - - - - - - -
Forgot to mention on initial comment on the company's website, but the driver got lost, did not contact me before he got into the city limits and I had to end up paying extra money to have the vehicle transported to the location requested.The driver was not concerned about putting my vehicle down on the ground for me to review before payment. Needless to say, I had to put 900.00, because the cost of the transport including the 50.00 additional transport by tow truck makes it 900.00. I was not able to contact the initial contact, Scott J because it was after 7 pm when I received the vehicle. Luckily, I had the money or I would have been stuck with my vehicle and no way to get the vehicle where I was waiting for it.
