This was my first time using a service of this type, so to say the least I had no idea what I was doing, what questions to ask, or what to expect! I called several companies trying to at least be informed and get an idea how much I should expect to pay. The thing that stands out to me about Progressive was that it wasn't really like thy were trying to sell themselves to me at any cost (that's good, because I know fast talk when I hear it!). They answered my questions and didn't make me feel stupid in the process. I felt comfortable with the rate they quoted and the guaranteed delivery. I was a little uncomfortable with the whole "open transport" idea, but it was the best option for me cost wise. Well anyway, to make a long story short, my vehicle was delivered safely, intact and on time. I don't think I could have chose a better company to transport my vehicle and I am more than pleased with the result. I would highly recommend them especially for first timers. Thanks guys!
