They are very unprofessional

I talked to Ben about three seperate orders. One for February my Dodge Grand Caravan and then two other pickup's in the month of November all going to California. I was guaranteed good service. I had expressed to Ben how scary this whole thing was for me as I have never done this before... I was assured that everything would be okay. On the day my van was to be picked up no one showed and when I called in I was told that they had found out the day before and yet no one called me. They assured me they would have someone else out to the house by the next day and I did receive a call telling me to check my email for the carrier's information. I called the carrier the next morning and guess what he told me I had to pay an extra $110 dollars. I was livid. The company wanted to put money back onto my credit card but my card takes up to 7 days to put a credit back onto it and my car would have made it to california by that time. I was so disgusted with all this that it spooked me and I want all my deposits back and now I am being told that I could not get my deposit back for the van because of the contract. I am very upset as that me backing out has to do with them not calling me and keeping me posted on the status of my order.... Who would send their vehicle off when there is already so much confusion and we haven't even left Florida.
I have been treated so badly when it comes to my deposit and I feel as if they really don't care.... I even said they could at least give me a portion of my money back... I would settle for $100 out of the $175 that I paid. They were quick to get back with me when they wanted my money and now it seems like a pain in the behind to get a hold of the person who is in charge of the refund department. I will likely be calling the public utility commission on this issue. I feel like I have been handled by a sleezy car dealer and it leaves me feeling dirty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Thank you LaQuoya for your review, it is really important for other potential customer to see how other people can twist the case according to their desire. You booked with us 2 car moves and a house move, that part is true, we had to pick up your vehicle 2 days ago,that is true as well. The driver wanted more money that is correct, BUT un like other transportation companies, we appreciate your business and we did not want you to pay for the difference, we called you and we advised you that we will refund the $110.00 from the deposit that you have paid in order for you to have the money ready to the driver, which means: your total price remain the same. Drivers are working with COD cash on delivery, therefore, we were about to refund this portion of money to your account, but you did not want us to do it. so the driver had to cancel and we end up looking for a different driver for you, howevere, you decided to cancel your order within our time frame to assign another driver for your order.
