The only thing that made me unhappy initially was the delay in pickup of the vehicle. The Delay was of about 2 days. But considering the weather conditions prevalent in the East at that time, i should say that the turnaround was still worth acknowledging and i need to thank Erik (the relocation rep) for trying his best to get things at the earliest.
This was my first experience moving my vehicle and i was a bit skeptical about the whole thing, especially after hearing about the bad experiences of a few of my friends. But on the contrary i was quite satisfied with the service provided.
