Do not ever use this company. I asked them to pick my car in Ohio on 4/10/13, and I paid them a $200 deposit to do so. That date came and went, and I did not hear from them, so I called them to see what was up. They told me they forgot to put down my pickup date on their order form, so they didn't know when to pick up the car, but they couldn't explain why they didn't call me to ask me about it. I tried to get them to pick up the car ASAP but they could not, so I cancelled the order with them. Now they are not refunding my $200 deposit. Steer clear of these guys, they are incompetent and deceitful.
