We were quoted 675.00 and were told vehicle would be picked up the following day. two days later, after 10-15 phone calls to both of their numbers leaving messages and 13 emails, we get an email saying the price was now 925.00. (I just shipped a vehicle to San Diego California from Miami,Fl for 900.00)( Almost three times the distance) This after they took our 175.00 deposit, never showed as stated and never called. They show many "compensated reviews" that are all 5 star. Sure, these are probably all friends and family!! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give these scammers a penny of your money. There are many reputable companies out there, Direct Connect Auto Transport is one that I've used for years without a single issue or price mark up. Give them a call. They are in Ft Lauderdale,Fl. and can arrange shipping from anywhere in the US. These jokers at UnProfessional auto transport llc are nothing but scam artists with criminal backgrounds.

Update 05/20/2014: This character's (Abdiel Guallar) way of excusing himself and his scam company was by posting a negative review against our company under a fictitious name and accusing us of breaking laws and mistreatment of our clients and attacking me personally. Again, DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS A CENT OF YOUR MONEY!!! His criminal record is nothing compared to the unscrupulous way he conducts himself and business. Attacking our company and myself personally because of his inefficiencies shows what a bottom dweller he is. BTW I got the vehicle picked up and delivered to Maryland for 625.00 and definitely NOT by these crooks.

Carlos was provided with a Estimated Quote. 90% of this industry are all BROKERS which will NEGOTIATE The best deal on the customers behalf. Carlos was very AGGRESIVE on the phone so we had to work hard and fast to locate and dispatch a truck for pick up. We negotiated the best deal for carlos and he declined after signing the agreement with us. In any business there are UPS and DOWNS. We can only keep moving forward and continue to ship over 900 vehicles every month!. Which puts a smile on our face how many individuals we can help transport their vehicles.
