So I needed a truck shipped from Indiana to Michigan and I submit my info through an online bidding site. I get a ton of e-mails and this place seemed to have a good rating here and one of the most professional e-mails.

I hired them to do my move and it all went downhill from there. First I was quoted $395 and when the contract was sent for my signature it was $400. The deposit amount changed depending who I talked to via e-mail, telephone and what the contract stated ... I was quoted $100, $125 and $150.

I received a call at 10PM one evening that the vehicle could be picked up the next day but after the business closed. They said I could leave the keys in the gas flap and that they do this all the time. Long story short, the driver never showed and the vehicle sat outside all weekend with keys in the gas flap. I had contacted the seller and found the vehicle had not been picked up. When I questioned Abdiel, he told me it was picked up and going to be delivered that day yet. I told him I talked to the seller and it was still there, then the story changed to pickup and deliver "tomorrow". When that didn't happen, the driver had a "broken axle" and they can't help mechanical difficulties.

I then get an e-mail that it will be picked up on Tuesday. I e-mail tuesday evening and no response. I e-mail wednesday morning ... no response. I call and am placed on hold then they hang up on me. I call back and no one answers. I call and tell them I want answers or I will contact my bank about a chargeback and then I get 2 e-mails with more excuses and apologies and that I am #1 priority. Apparently, the driver was a "No Show".

Out of curiosity I googled "Abdiel F Guallar" and I found his Miami-Dade Felony record.

I am also curious how they have received so many 5 star ratings here and how many were entered by the owner himself or his friends?

Needless to say, I am attempting to cancel my contract but they failing to acknowledge my request. I asked him one last time to acknowledge before contacting my bank for a chargeback to which he responded ... "I no longer want communication with you! you are a ASSHOLE!"

Anyone can feel free to e-mail me through this site for more details as I have put all of the quotes, contracts and e-mails in a PDF for you to review if you would like to see how they treat their customers.

UPDATE 9/18/13: Now he is retaliating against me by posting my personal contact information as a new car transport request on the leads boards so I am getting calls and e-mails from brokers.

Craig was dispatched to a carrier for pick up unfortunately the carrier had hit his 10 hour driving limitation by law. and was not able to make it to pick up the vehicle. The very next day i made sure to call Craig and apologize to him and explain to him the situation and we would have him picked up the very next morning and Craig refused. This customer was very RUDE as we kept our professionalism. These situations rarely come up but really a negative review over 1 day late? this is ground transport there is traffic, weather etc this is not a air flight customer's really need to understand the business. You are NOT nor will you ever be a customer of mine and I would NEVER degrade my company by allowing a individual such as yourself to earn the privilege of being my customer.
