Contacted Rene on August 29th. He assured me my car would be picked up that Saturday the 31st. I was hooked! So fast! And it was a holiday weekend. Waited ALL day Saturday. You guessed it. No show. Called, got voicemails. Called Rene's "personal cell phone", voicemail. When I finally got in touch with someone, it was Tuesday Sept 3rd. He told me that my car was next to be picked up. I told him forget it. I have had enough of this run-around. The only thing he had to say was well your deposit is non-refundable! I am currently disputing this. They are very dishonest and tell you what they think you want to hear. LOSERS! HOW CAN PEOPLE LIKE THIS STAY IN BUSINESS?
