I requested a quote on line to transport a car from Akron, Ohio to Chattanooga , TN and had a call back and e-mail confirming the quote within an hour. Once I accepted the service, the excellent customer service continued. I was kept informed of the progress of the scheduling, pick-up and delivery of the vehicle. The delivery wa made early, the carrier who brought the car was very service oriented too. The amount quoted was held to my CC was not charged until pick-up was scheduled. Great service and a value for $$$ spent, job well done. Iwill refer this service to others.
