I My experience was good overall, although not perfect. My car was picked up two days later than originally expected, but Lily was very helpful throughout the process. She coordinated with me regularly and also stayed in touch with the driver to make sure everything was handled properly. Thanks to her coordination and communication, I didn’t face any major issues during the shipment. I really appreciate Lily for making the process smooth despite the delay.
