Imagine paying a moving company $8550.00 to damage and/or lose all of your household goods, the whole while lying to you about the whereabouts of your possessions. This is what happened with Prime Relocation and their move of my household from CA to AZ. The trailer used to haul my possessions likely overturned, although no one at Prime will admit this. However, my goods were missing and unaccounted for for 6 days. After 6 days of being lied to by Felix Morgan, the movers showed up to deliver my items. They collected the balance due and then proceeded to bring literal rubble into my house. What they did deliver, approximately 1/3 of what they picked up, was covered in dirt and mangled. Now, their 3rd party insurance company, CSI, after 4 months, offered me $2.40 in settlement. Niko Callis from Prime did threaten that I would not receive settlement if I did not remove my BBB complaint and other negative reviews. This was the only thing he was honest about during the move.
