I have never written a poor review as bad as this but this move definitely warrants one. It was a nightmare! I had booked my move but after 2 no-shows I began to panic since I had to be out of my house. When the truck did arrive for the third attempt, there was only one guy and he was late. It was late at night when he went home with the truck to return the next day to finish. He arrived late again with no helper but finally one guy arrived to help. I was moving to an adjacent state and so we left in the late afternoon after I was told that the final payment was to be in cash! Luckily, I made it before the bank closed. How very inconvenient and archaic in this day of age!! Arrival in the next state made the delivery ending in the dark and late at night. Finally, 2 guys were there to help. The packer did an exceptional job by himself but didn't deserve to do it by himself. The company overbooks, doesn't communicate or answer the phone or follow through on what they will do under contract. I was suppose to get a break on the price but didn't because of their incompetence. I warn you to not book with this company!!!
