I decided to use Primary Auto Transport because they are a family owned company and they had zero complaints against them via the BBB. I also decided to use them because they always either answered the phone or called me back within 15 minutes. I placed my order on a Wednesday for a door to door shipment from Connecticut to San Diego, CA. The car was picked up on Friday by Ideal Express Car Carrier and delivered to me on time the following Sunday. My car was delivered damage free and my driver was very friendly. No complaints---would definitely use Matt and Primary Auto Transport again!
