Worked with Melissa, very responsive to any questions. The company Carlogix hauled my car from Massachusetts to Florida in 4 days from pick up to drop off. (I am very pleased with Carlogix.)
As for Pride I was overcharged like some others stated. I recieved a quote with Prides fee and $700 going to the driver. I contacted Melissa the scheduled pick up day and I was informed the original truck had a transmission problem and she was searching for a backup. AhHa, back up found for an additional $175. I agreed as I was stuck & needed a car to drive! The new contract stated the truck company would be paid $700 which means Pride upped the price $175 and promptly pocketed the additional cash. I have my car & an on time delivery, hence 3 stars, but if I need transport in the future I will look elsewhere
