I reserved the transport in April with Alex Holland of Pride Transport.He guaranteed me the rate, even if gas prices were to increase and also guaranteed no hidden or extra fees. I confirmed with Alex prior to day of car transport and wss informed everything was still on track and car to be transported as per April quote. Driver texted me 1.5 hours prior to pickup to state his load was delayed and I would need to contact my agent, Olivia Williams, to arrange for another transport.. After MANY texts and calls with Olivia, I was informed that my route was not a popular route and therefore no drivers wanted to transport my vehicle from NJ to VA. She then said one driver may be able to do it, two days later, for double the fee and that was all she could offer me. It was a very frustrating experience and very costly.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this company!!!
