My car was recently transported almost coast to coast. I would give the service 5 stars but cannot do to front end logistical issues. I had given the company almost 3 months notice and they missed the agreed pick up date and scrambled for 2 more days to pick up my car. So by now you are asking why I gave them 4 stars? I don’t have her last name but Taylor at the company work very hard to honor our agreement. There may always be problems preventing expected outcomes, but a little customer service can reduce the sting. Great customer service and effort makes up for most all service issues. I recommend using this service as a whole but highly recommend working with Taylor. Thanks Taylor!
