Feels like I'm being scammed.

So far, I'm starting to feel like I'm being scammed. I signed a contract online and gave a credit card number to make payment that they said was needed at pickup. I had a message that a driver was on the way and would call the guy we had waiting at pickup location. Two hours after he was supposed to be there, the driver called and said his brakes won't work on his truck and it is in the shop being fixed. Now, the company is telling me that they need to find another driver. The contract I signed was for the car to be picked up yesterday and delivered to IN by Friday late afternoon. The car hasn't even been picked up yet and it's Friday morning. I sure hope I can come back and give a good review if this process is ever complete.
