This was a terrible experience with this company. I have shipped two other vehicles before and never had a bad experience. However, this one was a nightmare. Mike Rogers was my contact. Once the contract was signed, I could never get in touch with him. He changed shippers after the contract was signed and they were a 1 1/2 days late picking up the vehicle. And once the vehicle was on the way, the driver said it would take about 3 days and it took 8 days. Even though the driver had given me his phone number, I was never able to get in touch with him via phone call or text message. I could see that he read the text message but chose not to reply. I had decided my car was probably on its way to Mexico or some foreign country. So from the time I signed the contact until my car was finally delivered, I had 13 days of agony. Choose another company for your transporting needs.
