Zach was eager to give a quote via text message to get me talking to him, but a day later the price had jumped by almost 50%. his excuse was that fuel prices were high - he did not have an answer as to how much they had gone up over the last day (they hadn't - they actually decreased very slightly on a national average). After I wouldn't be using their service, he dragged his feet releasing the transport job from whatever system these brokers use to advertise the job to individual drivers, further delaying getting the vehicle picked up by the company I went with, who was upfront, honest, and pleasant to work with.
