I booked auto transport of a classic truck on 5/26/22. Shortly after booking I spoke with Jay, who then spoke with the dealership to arrange pick up on 6/7/22. After that conversation I never heard from Jay again, nor did I receive confirmation from Prestige that a driver was dispatched to pick up my truck. I emailed Jay again and he replied to me via text that he was not able to secure transport and that I would have to pay more than the original agreed upon price. At that point I asked when a driver would be dispatched to pick up my truck if I agreed to the new price, and got zero response from him, so I canceled my booking via the same text message that he sent me, and he immediately replied thanking me for it. This company has to be one of the worst transport company's I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, and would not recommend anyone use them with out getting a written contract in advance. I am just thankful they didn't pick up my truck, with the absolute lack of communication, I don't trust that they would be able to deliver it safely.
