After requesting a quote online Presidential Movers contacted me. I gave them my information and they had quoted me $860. I was given the option to pay the $175 for broker fees and pay the driver at time of delivery, or to pay the full amount. I pad the FULL amount, as stated on the contract. I set the pick up date for February 29th, and was told it will be picked up NO LATER than March 1st. The car was not picked up until March 14th. Throughout this time period I tried contacting the company several times trying to figure out why they had taken the money yet my car was still sitting in the driveway. I was unable to get in touch with anyone. I had left several messages and no one responded. Finally I get the call to get the car picked up. The drivers (not actually employed by this company) were very helpful and professional. They car got here in a timely manner. The car is unloaded and the driver says i owe an additional $410. I call the company to figure out why and he says I have to wait until the brokers show up. He was also very rude. Again having a hard time to reach someone, they tell me the money was for broker fees. I tell them that is wrong and they changed there story to "additional fuel cost". Let me tell you, last time I checked fuel is not the price of the $410 for me as well as the other 7 customers. I am still trying to get my money back for this although no one at this company seems to care at all about customer service. They rip you off and add things to your bill that makes no sense at all.
