If I could give a rating lower than zero, I would. This was the single worst experience I have ever had with any company in my lifetime. I made the mistake of trusting the "5 star" reviews and booked transport with Premium Auto movers. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance and confirmed twice several days before the move. Pickup time came and went and I made repeated calls to the company as well as Derek Beckford's cell phone. NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK FROM EITHER NUMBER!. I had to scramble to get another mover and noticed there were reviews on Yelp about Premium and the average was 1 star which, based on my experience, is a much more accurate assessment. Bottom line is I ended up having to book another company last minute (more expensive) and change airline reservations (added cost) to get my car moved. I would push my car to a new location before ever dealing with Premium Auto movers again. They talk a great show when you first call them and make a big deal out of not requiring a deposit. My theory is that they got another, more profitable, move for my slot and left me hanging in the wind and since there was no deposit, they simply did not care. My advice...stay away from this company and ultimately save yourself a lot of money and aggravation.
