Poor customer service

The vehicle was promised on 01/25, we found out on the 26th that the transporter truck had broken down, we were told the car would be in Arizona on the 27th in the morning latest that evening. Contact the driver would not answer his phone left messages did not respond back call dispatch again today the 27th we were told that the car would not be here until Monday because the truck broke down a second time. This company had three phone numbers to reach out to us with and everyone failed us about not letting us know that there was a problem with getting the car to Arizona.The driver push the responsibility on the dispatch and they stated it was premium auto movers responsibility to contact us. There are seven other cars stuck in limbo that should've been transported in a timely manner
