I have got to admit that James Loyd is one of the best representatives I spoke to, very humble, kind and most of all very patient. Every question I had was answered right away he was very knowledgeable with everything he was working with. I felt very comfortable with letting James handle my transfer. It was overall pleasure working with him and I could say I would ask for him the next time around.
