I made the unfortunate choice of selecting these guys. Carl called me initially and spent a lot of time answering my calls and discussing the transaction – these guys want money up front to lock you in – this should have been my first indicator to avoid them.

We agreed the price, I made my down payment. I even agreed willingly to pay them an extra $50 versus the initial quote they gave me since Carl said it would guarantee the car would be picked up quickly. This should have been my second indicator to avoid them – bait and switch tactic.

They promised ASAP-7 days in the email and in fairness, found a carrier initially with a call to me on a Friday afternoon with the only available pickup time for Saturday morning the next day. Since the dealership only accommodates these pickups (I was out of state – which is why I needed the car shipped in the first place) 5 days a week, Mon – Fri during their business hours, the driver that called me had backed out 30 minutes after we spoke.

After that, they were almost impossible to get ahold of by phone with promises of email updates that were never sent despite repeated requests on my part. At one point, Ben the dispatcher told me I was one of two customers from the prior week that he was still “…stringing along in hopes of finding someone to take my car…”. He also sent me a nasty email at one point offering to stop working on it but mistook me for another customer and identified the route wrong even though my quote number, my name and phone number were correctly in my email I sent to him. This convinced me that I was not a priority – clearly.

After two weeks and many unanswered emails and missed updates I cancelled with them.

These guys will give you a lowball price, “string” you along and place you with any carrier that is on the national network (so you will probably end up with the bottom feeders) that will take your price. I missed an important event with my son because of their misrepresentations and poor customer service. BEWARE – Avoid these guys!
