Priemer Auto Shippers is a broker and does not transport bikes themselves. I wonder if some of the zero star reviews understand this.

Bike was being shipped because I broke my leg and could not ride it. I was in no hurry to get it back which I made clear to Carl. My only requirement was that the bike be unloaded and rolled into the garage for me - which it was. Without a need to have it shipped quickly I have to say that it was picked up and delivered on time. I was called the day before delivery to agree on a time. After waiting 5 hours I found out the driver was stuck in Chicago, IL/Gary, IN traffic and told Priemer I was going to bed and we agreed on a delivery the next morning. I was there at the agreed time and with apologies from the driver.
