I was having my son vehicle sent to his military duty station I spoke with Anthony in the beginning on or around about the 30th of November, Anthony was helpful and pleasant we arrange that my son car would be picked up on the 15th of December the total cost was 680.00 and with the 180.00 deposit already included Anthony took the deposit on that first initial day and I signed a contract. On December 15th I receive no phone call in regards to a pick up as stated in the beginning from Anthony, later that same day I contact Premier and push the shipped date back to Jan 2nd spoke with another gentleman that also sounded pleasant at that time no additional cost was not needed stated the broker on the phone. Fast forward January 2, 2015 I receive no phone call so I contact the broker he gave some excuse that the driver was running behind do to the holidays season so I stated okay no problem and the broker informed me that the driver will be contacting me next day which was January 3rd, well no one call on the 3 January which was a Saturday, so I contact broker on January 5th and now I'm upset the broker came up with this lie stating the drivers vehicle had mechanical issues and they will be contacting me shortly. Later that evening I receive a phone call from the manager of the driver that was going to transport my son vehicle and we discuss a day when his driver will be in town to retrieve my son vehicle. the pick-up went smoothly real nice gentleman that pick-up the vehicle. The situation went bad when my son receive a phone call on January 8th from the driver scheduling the drop-off and asking for the payment of 725.00, my son contact me and I contact Anthony on his cell phone no answer from Anthony so I spoke with the manager of the transport company that was transporting my son vehicle and he stated that the broker contact him on Monday asking what would be the lowest amount that he would take for the pick up and he informed the broker that he would take 725.00, broker never made contact with at all. I called the broker 9 January to discuss the breach of contract and yes I was very upset and raising my voice because not only was he was unprofessional but he told several lies, one lie he stated that he was going to pay the shipper 250.00 because he got my case missed up with another case, then he lied and stated that he talked to my son on January 5th and my son agreed to the new fees, then he stated that he never did business with the shippers before because the shippers stated that because of the poor rating the broker has that he will not the payment from him. He was rude,, this was me and my son first experience ever shipping a vehicle and I can't believe that we have people like this company out here ripping off people and stating that they are best company around. I really hated that I did not do more research on the company prior to rendering their services. But this situation is far from over I will be contacting the Military JAG office to inform them on the situation that took place with shipping of his vehicle and I will be filing a civil suit against the company and contacting the better business bureau. I am a business owner and I will never treat my customers the way they have been treating several of people that have written a review about them. To those that had good service I'm happy for you wish it could've been the service that I would've receive but unfortunately we got the bad end of the deal.. I will continue to pray through this situation but I will never and I mean never refer any of my fellow soldiers or my son soldiers friends to this company..
