The overall customer service was pretty good. I switched from another broker to Premier Auto and I was satisfied with the results. My vehicle was picked up 2 days after the date that I was quoted, but the broker did everything he could. The dates on shipping are never a guarantee but I was pleased with what the service. Ben always followed up promptly with emails and calls. Would use this company again
