I am happy to give Premier Auto Transport a great review for how they handled the shipment of my car from Oregon to California. Ben, the broker for Premier, was prompt with all of his answers to my questions and lined up a carrier for me immediately. Since I had never shipped a car before, I was a little wary and decided to do some research online. Because of the price ($555), theinformation I received from Ben at Premier Auto Transport and the reviews on this website I decided to go with them because they were the quickest and most informative response to all of my questions. I got at least 10 bids and went with Premier Auto Transport. I am very pleased that I did.

The carrier, Dennis with Auto-Transport from Salem, Oregon, was professional, polite and picked up my car right on time. I was a little worried about connecting for a delivery time, so I contacted Premier and they contacted the carrier and delivery went just fine! They worked around our schedules on both sides of the pick up and delivery. I was very pleased with the time it took to get our car from Oregon to Southern California. I thought it would take 3 or 4 days and it only took 2, which fit in with our schedule. I was pleasantly surprised that everything went so smooth.

I wanted to go on BBB to post a positive review for Premier, but they only take negative reviews. I don't feel like that gives a full picture of the service Premier Auto Transport gives. They made my first experience shipping a car, very convenient and easy. If I could, I would give them an excellent review on BBB.

Thank you to both Ben at Premier Auto Transport and Dennis at Auto-Transport. I will recommend them to my friends and use them both again if I have the opportunity.
