Liars and completely unreliable

I had very poor experience with Premier auto shippers and I would not recommend any one to use them.
Premier auto shippers accepts orders and then ask 3rd party drivers to come and pickup the cars. They take money up front and later take no responsibility of any issues with pickup or drop off.

LATE PICKUP:
My car was scheduled to pick up from Illinois to be delivered to California. I scheduled to delivery 1 day before my flight to California at 12PM.

On the day of the pickup I was contacted by the driver of the truck saying he can not pickup today and will come tomorrow any time in the day. On the day of my flight travel I had to juggle with my car delivery and I ended up giving my car keys to a friend as the truck driver did not show up before I had to leave for the airport for my flight to California.

ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR DELIVERING CAR and LIER
In California, same driver told me he needs 100 dollars more to deliver the car. I called Premier auto shippers and spoke with Mike Forrest. Mike told me to go ahead and give him additional 100 than what was agreed upon in the signed agreement and he said I will send you out a check of 100 dollars to compensate the same.

For last 7 months I have been calling Mike to send me those 100 dollars back. on dozen occasions he said check has been sent out and I never received any check.

Finally he said, they sent out check and had to cancel few checks send to me. The cancellation fees now compensated those 100 dollars and I will receive no money now.

He would not even give me of any proof that check was ever sent to me nor would he give me his bosses or accountants number to talk to.

They are just bunch of unreliable liars.
