On September 17th 2013 I signed contract to deliver my car to Clearwater fl from Englewood nj
on Jan. 12 2014. I paid $ 178.99 towards total bill of # 528.99. I did this because they said this would lock in price. A week before they were to pickup
the car I called to confirm. I was told every thing was setup. I called again three days before pickup and was told driver would call at least a day before to give me exact time of pickup.
.I had plane tickets to fl. to arrive on 1/12/14 the same day as delivery. No one called so I called premier auto at least three more time in the next two days and they assured me everything was alright. The night before on Jan.11.2014 I called and was told don't worry driver would be there and sometimes he calls the morning of the pickup and would probably be there in the afternoon. On the 12th the day of delivery no on called. I contact premier auto and they said they had no idea what happened .After having Words with them they said they would found out what happened. I was called 20 mins. later and was told the drivers truck broke down the day before on the 11th and can,t pickup my car. I could get another truck but it would cost me more money. After several more Words
the guy got an attitude and said what do you want me to do I'm in florida?
I had to end up getting another carrier to pickup my car four days later and had to rent a car when I got there on the 12th. for five days. At least I got my deposit back in about a week but the inconvenience, stress and extra money I had to spend was unnecessary. All I can say is BEWARE!
